I am 
an Occupational Therapist with 9 years’ experience in skilled nursing and skilled nursing outpatient. I took the LSVT BIG online certification course to expand my repertoire of skills and better meet the demands of my patients. I was very excited going in, having read studies with positive outcomes from LSVT. I actually appreciated the online course over attending a 2-day live course, as I was able to think through some of the material and digest it as I “inchwormed” my way through it. I tried to implement small things I learned during my treatments as I went along. I feel like I absorbed more information getting it in smaller increments than all in one weekend. This course was a labor of love for me, and I’m so thankful for the course instructors being repetitive in teaching the key concepts of LSVT BIG, so that I absorbed the main focus being amplitude and “think big.” The course was organized. The videos of patients were so helpful. I would highly recommend the LSVT BIG online certification course!
