Dr. Salik received her Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from Ithaca College in New York in 1985 and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Montana. She is certified by the American Board of Physical Therapy Clinical Specialists in Neurology. Dr. Salik is a Multiple Sclerosis Certified Specialist. Dr. Salik is the Clinical Coordinator for Education for Banner Thunderbird Rehabilitation Services in the outpatient department at Banner Thunderbird Medical Center in Glendale, AZ. Ms. Salik has advanced training in Vestibular Rehabilitation and is LSVT BIG certified. Her clinical experience focuses on neurological rehabilitation primarily for adults with Parkinson’s disease, MS, stroke and vestibular impairments.
