What people with Parkinson’s want family and friends to know about movement and speech challenges

The “heart of success” of LSVT LOUD and LSVT BIG therapy depends upon each person’s ability to recognize, accept, and then consistently produce louder speech and bigger movement that is required to be within normal limits. This webinar will review three key elements of PD that can make achieving this goal challenging, including sensory, internal cuing and subtle neuropsychological changes. This will be followed by a review of how LSVT BIG and LSVT LOUD participants can make sure they are setting themselves up for success as they complete all components of LSVT treatment including daily homework and carryover assignments.
