These classes are called BIG for LIFE and LOUD for LIFE.  They are designed to help you keep up with your voice and body exercises post LSVT BIG or LSVT LOUD. Join us to learn about the structure of these classes. Learn how they provide exercise in a group setting with fellow LSVT graduates.  BIG for LIFE and LOUD for LIFE motivate you to keep exercising in a fun, challenging and social environment.
