LSVT Team Member Spotlight: Michael Siddons Villalobos

Michael Siddons Villalobos

LMS Specialist and Salesforce Administrator, LSVT Global, Inc.

Short description of what you do:

I’m responsible for providing support to email, chat, and phone inquiries with a focus on technological support. This ranges from: navigating our Learning Management System (LMS) for our Online and Virtual Live courses, the LSVT Coach software, and our Salesforce database. I also assist with building all of our courses in our LMS in varying languages, and getting clinician’s enrolled in their courses and any instructor-led training sessions (ILT’s) they may be registering for.

Occasionally, I will assist with marketing related tasks if needed. Lastly, I edit and caption videos for our Online and Virtual Live courses and manage our internal course project schedule. A little bit of everything!

How long have you been with LSVT Global?

I have been with LSVT Global for a little over 2 years, since July of 2021.

What is your favorite part of the job/what do you enjoy most?

My favorite part of my job here at LSVT Global, and what I enjoy most is working alongside the enthusiastic and kind-hearted people that do their absolute best to improve the lives of those individuals with Parkinson’s Disease and other neurological disorders related to speech and movement!

Tell us a little bit about yourself.

I am currently 25 years old and was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona. I enjoy traveling and being with my Husky. Her name is Maya, and she is 3 years old at this time!

I attended the University of Arizona in 2016, and since then have been striving to grow and further my overall professional abilities. Sometime in the future, I hope to move out of Tucson to either Phoenix or a bigger city overall.

Starting work at 15, I have held several positions in the workplace over the past 10 years. Spanning from a background in Accounting, Customer Support, Sales, HR, Management and of course, Technology.

My favorite quote or favorite food or favorite past time:

“We are not what we know, but what we are willing to learn.” – Mary Catherine Bateson

Michael has been such an incredible addition to our LSVT Global team. He brings the highest level of professionalism to his work each and every day. I love how willing he is to learn new skills and technology and share that information back with the team. Michael is keenly patient and kind while helping all our customers from people with Parkinson’s to our professional LSVT clinicians. One of his greatest strengths is his communication skills. He sets the bar high for all our team members in this regard. Thank you, Michael, for sharing your skills and compassion with our team and customers. We are grateful to be part of your journey!
